How adu Email Verification Works
When you create an adu account, we ask for your email address. This address becomes the primary contact point for your account and is the only way we can send you password resets, account recovery codes, and withdrawal confirmations. We do not share your email with third parties, and it remains private within our platform.
After you submit your registration details, we send a verification email to the address you entered. The email contains a clickable link (or a code you can paste) that confirms you own that email. Once clicked or confirmed, your account is active and you can:
- Deposit funds via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet
- Place bets on Liga 1 matchdays, Piala Indonesia rounds, Piala AFF group stages, and Champions League fixtures
- Access our live-dealer blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Dragon Tiger tables
- Play slot games including Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, and Fortune Tiger
- Join esports markets for Mobile Legends, Free Fire, and PUBG Mobile
- Withdraw winnings back to your payment method
Why We Verify Your Email
Email verification serves three core functions on our platform. First, it proves you have control of the email address you registered with, preventing someone else from creating an account in your name. Second, it ensures we can reach you if unusual activity occurs on your account—such as a login from a new device or a withdrawal request to a new bank account. Third, it anchors your account recovery process; if you forget your password, we can send a reset link only to your verified email.
During high-traffic periods—such as Liga 1 matchdays or Piala AFF tournament weeks—our verification system processes thousands of confirmations. We prioritize speed without compromising security, so most verifications complete within seconds of you clicking the email link.
What Happens After Email Verification
Once your email is verified, we unlock three additional security layers: account settings, payment binding, and withdrawal authorization. Your verified email becomes the official recovery channel for your adu account.
When you link a payment method—mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or a bank account (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment)—we may send a confirmation code to your verified email. This second factor prevents unauthorized deposits or withdrawals. If you request a withdrawal, we send a notification email before the transaction processes, giving you time to dispute it if it was not you who initiated it.
If You Did Not Receive the Verification Email
The most common reason a verification email does not arrive is a typo in your email address during registration. If you entered "gmai.com" instead of "gmail.com" or switched digits in your phone-carrier email domain, the message will bounce back to our server. In this case, you may need to restart registration with the correct address.
- Check your spam folder: Email providers sometimes flag automated messages as promotional. Log into your email provider and search for messages from our system. If you find one, mark it as "not spam" or "trusted" so future emails from adu reach your inbox.
- Wait a few minutes: Email delivery can take up to five minutes in rare cases, especially if our mail server is under high load during Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, or major tournament windows.
- Request a resend: Most registration pages offer a "Resend verification email" button. Click it to request a fresh confirmation link. You will need to enter your email address again.
- Use an alternate email: If your primary email is unavailable or unresponsive, you can often create a new adu account with a different email address (subject to our one-account-per-person policy).
Changing Your Email Address on adu
After your account is active, you can update your email address from your account settings. The process is straightforward: go to your profile, select "Email address", enter your new email, and confirm it via a verification link sent to the new address. Your old email is deactivated once you confirm the new one.
During the email-change process, your account remains fully active. You can continue to place bets on Liga 1 or Piala AFF fixtures, play live-dealer games, or access your deposit and withdrawal history. However, you will not receive email notifications until the new email is verified. We recommend completing the email change during a period when you do not expect a withdrawal or account alert.
